WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Turnaround time is anywhere from 24-48 hours.  This is from the time your order is submitted.  A fully submitted order means payment and Information was sent to email. 

We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, & all major Credit Cards.  Once your order is reviewed, you will receive further information on how to submit the payment.  To start an order, payment in full must be provided.

WHAT FILES DO YOU PROVIDE FOR LOGO'S AND WHAT ARE THEY FOR?

SCALABLE

Formats in the scalable column are vector-based, which means they can be scaled without losing resolution. This makes them great for the variability that can occur between different print projects (think business card vs billboard) or on responsive websites where the logo may need to change sizes for different screens.

Note: formats not included in the scalable column will lose resolution and become fuzzy when scaled.

Another benefit of vector-based formats is that they can be edited by design applications. A designer could open up any of the formats in the Editable column and make a change — perhaps they need to add a ®.

UNIVERSAL

The universal column contains logos that anyone with a computer should be able to open and view. This makes them great for sharing or using on the web.

TRANSPARENT

Transparency simply means that the logo file will not have a background. Formats in the transparent column are great for placing over a solid color, pattern, or image because nothing but the logo will show up in these files. There will be no annoying white box behind the logo.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, you can send an email to info@lpgrafix.com.  In the email should be a detailed description of what you are would like.  Feel free to include colors, images that inspire you, or anything else I would need to know before I created your order. If you were given a price, to complete your order you can send the payment to hold your place In line.  Orders are first come first serve.  We do offer rush orders for an additional price.  Price varies due to my availability.  Once your order was sent via email and your payment in full is sent, you are then added to the schedule.
